The Department of Paediatrics cares for children from birth to 15 years of age. Our doctors are trained to attend to new-borns, provide expert neonatal care, and administer paediatric care. We conduct new-born screening which ensures diseases are detected and treated early.
The out-patient services are available six days a week, with an in-house diagnostic facility, and a 24-hour emergency care with trained doctors on duty. At Nagpur CNMI Hospital, we go a step further and offer specialized paediatric treatment in Genetics, Neurology, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neuromuscular, Dermatology, Orthopedics and Neurodevelopmental Science.Based on our expertise and profound knowledge, the department offers DNB Postgraduate Training programmes that provide students with hands-on learning experience under the supervision of our in-house doctors.
